Teens, ages 11-17, are welcome to join us at our Teen Hang-out! Teen Hang-Out is Monday-Friday on School Days, 1:45-3:00.

Every Thursday in December, at 3:00pm-4:00pm, The Library's Anime Club will meet to watch anime. The Anime will be rated from G to PG13 & TV14. There will also be an assortment of manga on hand to read. 

Friday, Dec 19th from Noon-1pm the Home School Meet-up will be having a Video Game Day! We will have two Switches and an Xbox One set up and ready for friendly game play.

On December 19th from 4-5pm come and indulge in the warmth and sweetness of the season at our Cookie and Cocoa Christmas Ornament Event!

Meet Santa at the Fort Walton Beach Library! Santa will be here from 11am-1pm. 

The Valparaiso Library will be opening up their Makerspace Lab to the public. This Month the lab will be open on Monday, Dec 22nd the Lab will be open from 10:00am-Noon.

Come make a holiday themed sticker picture on December 23^rd at 11am.  This activity is for ages 12 and up.

Tuesday, Dec 30thth at 11am the Valparaiso Library will have a special Adult and Teen art class (12 and up). We will be using acrylic on canvas to create a work of art! 

Come craft your vision for 2026!  This event is free! All are WELCOME! Supplies are provided. 

A fun and interactive experience for tweens and teens.  Focus is on Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math!

Space is limited, registration is required.

This class series is designed to teach ages 13 and up basic skills that will help them in life. 

Ages 5-17

Come build to your heart's content using the Legos provided and have fun with other Lego enthusiasts.

Younger children are welcome if accompanied by an adult and/or older sibling.

Join our crochet and knitting group. This a social circle of creation. You can learn how to knit and/or crochet, or just come for the enjoyment of watching and company. We have some yarn to help get you started on your new creation.
