 ill explain how traditional Italian cuisine differs from its Italian-Ameri
 can cousin and will explore the differences between Northern and Southern 
 Italian cuisines. He’ll also show how incorporating traditional Italian 
 meals into your weekly repertoire is not only healthy, but frugal as well.
  Chef Warren will cap off the presentation with a cooking demonstration, p
 reparing a healthy entree that anyone can replicate in their own home in l

 me writer who studied at the Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts. He is t
