Join Mrs. Hillary for Kids Yoga from 4-4:45pm on Wednesday September 17th. Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to do yoga on and remember to dress comfortably for movement. Yoga offers numerous physical and mental benefits for children. Physically, it improves strength, flexibility, and balance, while also enhancing focus, self-regulation, and emotional well-being. Parents are welcome to join us and do some yoga together as a family. Ages for this event are 2-12 years old.
