Calling all gardening aficionados! The Garnier Beach Garden Club meets on the 2nd Saturday of the month to learn and share local gardening information!

November's Topic: Vegetables/Raised Gardens with Marg Stewart, Master Gardener

Local author Tom McAuliffe has been busy publishing books in various genres and reading levels! 

Come meet him in person and hear him read a bit from his latest stories and enter to win a free book!

Come meet adorable dogs on the portico and cats in the meeting room looking for a loving fur-ever home, find your purr-fect match!

Donations are welcome. Animal supplies will be accepted.

November 8: Dr. Adriana Ocampo – Planetary Geologist

Experience one-on-one reading with a trained therapy dog!

Registration required! 

Each child gets 20 minutes to read with the therapy dog.

November's Craft: Decorate your own tote bags! Blank tote bags will be provided, but you're welcome to bring any personal ones you'd like to decorate.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am - 10:00 am for Music & Me with Mrs. Hillary. Mondays are for 0-5, Wednesdays ALL AGES are welcome, and Fridays are for 0-3 years old.

I will be visiting both Head Start classes once a month and reading stories.

The Valparaiso Library's "Read 'n' Roll: it's a book party on the go!",  will be meeting at Suncoast Coffee, 73 S John Sims Pkwy, Valparaiso, FL 32580,  Monday November 10th at 9:30am-10:30am.

This week we are reading about going to the dentist and the Tooth Fairy! We will be passing out new tooth brush packets at Story Time on Wednesday Nov. 12th and talking about why oral health care is important!

Calling all budding chess players!

Youth Chess Club meets every Monday evening 3-4:30 PM.

It is designed to teach all the wonderful new chess players how to play or to play better.   

Monday, Nov. 10th at 330, The Valparaiso Library presents, 'Tall Blondes' a PBS 'Nature' documentary.  This documentary explores the wondrous world of Giraffes. Popcorn and juice boxes will be available.
