Discover the sights and sounds of nature at night on an EVENTURE! Nonie of Nonie’s Animal Encounters will be guiding a night walk at Oak Tree Nature Park for Mary Esther Library. The program will last a little over an hour and begin at the Library at 4:30pm. This is our teen and adult event, families with children under 13 have their adventure scheduled for Tuesday the 4th. We will explore for nocturnal and sometimes elusive creatures such as fox, owls, flying squirrels and bats! Please bring a flashlight or headlamp for everyone in your party to light the walkway, Nonie will have a spotlight. The trail is wide and mostly flat but there are tree roots as expected and we will be crossing the street at the crosswalk.
