Author, Bob Gonzalez: A Flicker in the Water

The Destin Library presents local author, Bob Gonzalez, on Friday, January 20 at 3:00 p.m. Bob will be talking about his latest book, A Flicker in the Water, which is a fun, engaging collection of true fish tales that experienced seamen and land lubbers alike are sure to enjoy. An avid deep-sea fisherman, Bob wrote the book as an homage to fisherman and their need to explore the water. In addition to the book talk, Bob will discuss the writing process and have a question-and-answer session with the audience. Bob was raised near the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania where he enjoyed outdoor and indoor sports of all kinds. Always loving to fish from an early age, he moved to Florida in his mid-twenties where he still lives and engages in his love of deep-sea fishing.
