Did you know ReadOkaloosa.org is getting a new events calendar? It will display all events from our 6 member libraries will be displayed with the ability to filter events by library, age group, program type...

The obsolete OCPLC Time.ly calendar will be discontinued NLT September 30, 2021.

This session is for calendar admins and library staff who plan events.  Even if your are not the main person to update the calendar, you need to know how the calendar works and what information is important.

THE NEW CALENDAR: Not only will this calendar look different, but it will allow events to magically appear in the library catalog (Aspen interface).  New functions will include online registrations for events and room reservations. Not all features are available at this time.
