Photographs and or video may be taken at this event.

Please notify staff if you do not wish to have your picture taken or used by the library. 

Unless you notify staff that you do not want your photo taken, you hereby consent to the use by the library or Library Cooperative, of your image, voice or both, in video, photograph or audio recording form, regardless of whether these materials are used for advertising, publicity or any other purpose on behalf of the library or the library cooperative.

You also agree that photographs, video and audio recordings taken at this meeting, any reproductions thereof and all digital files shall remain the property of the library or the library cooperative, unless otherwise noted.

You understand that the library or the library cooperative is not responsible for unauthorized duplications or use of the images, videos or audio recordings by third parties, on the Internet or otherwise.

This program is designed for children and accompanying adults. Please plan to attend and be engaged with your child for this program. Drop offs will not be permitted.
