Beginning March 21 through April 18, join Karin Doheny on the front lawn of the Destin Library as she leads you through Yoga for Flexibility and Strength. A $10 donation is suggested for the class. Please bring a mat or towel, water for hydration, and a strap or scarf to aid in deep stretching. 

Karin is a newcomer to Destin who began her yoga journey more than 3 decades ago. She is a 200 hour CYT through the Abyassa Yoga Institute and has an Aerial Yoga certification through The Unnata Method.
