Don’t Be Hangry – Grow Healthy Food!

Food is an essential ingredient in survival.

Do you know where your food comes from? How about from your own backyard?

Come join us as Okaloosa County Master Gardener Janet Hays teaches us how to start our own garden to grow our own food.

 

Come join in the fun this summer as we all learn together about survival skills. Each week we have a different team of experts come and teach us how to stay alive.

Each time you attend one of the programs, you earn a sticker badge and your name is entered into an end of summer drawing for a set of 4 Scholastic True Books: Survival Skills.

These classes are intended for those 7 -12 years of age. Registration is required for all sessions so that we can have enough materials for everyone.
