Grades 6-12 come hang out with others and play various video and board games!

Each week there is a different theme/program, see below schedule.

1st Friday: Library Closed for Easter

Start your weekend at the library with legos and pizza! Work with other tweens and teens to build a lego lighthouse. Pizza will be provided. Registration is required.

Must be at least 4 years old, not afraid of dark, and able to sit still for 25 minutes!

You are invited to the Destin Library on Friday, April 24th at 5:30pm for a special movie showing of The Spongebob Movie: Search for Squarepants (PG).

Join us for this special edition of Lego Club! Join in our Arbor Day Celebration and make nature-inspired Lego creations. This is a drop-in event and children will be free building with the Legos provided.

Celebrate Arbor Day 2026 at the Fort Walton Beach Library! We'll have free seedlings, activities, and educational tables. This event is for all ages.

American Heart Association and Crestview Fire Department present CPR certification for healthcare providers and first responders.

  This month's movie matinee is Smurfs.   Hot buttered popcorn provided and a special blue treat!!!  Come in your pajamas if you like!   Please bring your own water container.   

When Mac asks his dad, "What's for dinner?" the answer he receives is a mystery- "Nun-ya!" With friends Howard and Caitie, Mac imagines it could be a five-star meal, a secret recipe... or WORSE!

Want to learn more about bees? As part of our Arbor Day Celebration, join Mount Olive Bee Co. for this youth-geared presentation. Kids get to peer inside the world of bees with an observation hive!

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am - 10:00 am for Music & Me with Mrs. Hillary. Mondays are for 0-5, Wednesdays ALL AGES are welcome, and Fridays are for 0-3 year olds.

Join us for an age appropriate story time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am-10:30am.

Join our Children's Librarian, Miss Sadie, for a morning of songs, stories, music, and toys!

The Valparaiso Library will be opening up their Makerspace Lab to the public. This Month the lab will be open on Monday, April 27th the Lab will be open from 10:00am-Noon.

Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after Story Time from 10:30am-11:00am for socialization and playtime!

Join us for this drop-in art program for ages 0-3. Registration is required to ensure we have enough materials for everyone. Dress for mess. You are welcome to come and go as you finish the project.
