Come join us to learn Tai Chi in this free lesson series.

This program consists of a gentle form of physical activity and can be taken seated, standing with support, or fully standing. It is designed to help you to decrease pain and minimize the risk of falls, while also empowering you to improve movement, balance, strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

This program is lead by the West Florida Area Health Education Center (AHEC)
