The "It's A Mystery Book Club" meets once a month, to discuss mystery books or crime fiction, a genre that fictionalizes crimes and the motives behind them. Another way to describe our lively discussions is who's the murderer, who's the detective, and what happened in between the pages from beginning to end.
February's mystery is Apples Never Fall by by Liane Moriarty.
The Delaneys are fixtures in their community. The parents, Stan and Joy, are the envy of all of their friends. They’re killers on the tennis court, and off it their chemistry is palpable. But after fifty years of marriage, they’ve finally sold their famed tennis academy and are ready to start what should be the golden years of their lives. So why are Stan and Joy so miserable?
It's no mystery that "It's A Mystery Book Club" meets on the first Monday of each month at the Mary Esther Library. Books are requested in advance so you can come into the library and find your copy of the latest mystery that will be discussed. Registration is not required. Drop in and enjoy discussing the latest mystery!
