JOIN US on WENDNESDAY August 6th FROM 12:30-1PM FOR KIDS YOGA ! PLEASE BRING A BEACH TOWEL OR YOGA MAT TO DO YOGA ON. THIS EVENT IS FOR 2-12 YEAR OLDS. PARENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO STAY AND JOIN US. Yoga offers numerous physical and mental benefits for children. Physically, it improves strength, flexibility, and balance, while also enhancing focus, self-regulation, and emotional well-being. So dress comfortably and come join us for Kids Yoga!
