Preschool Storytime for ages 3 to 5.

Join our Children's Librarian, Miss Sadie, for a morning of song & dance, stories, movements, music, and toys!

Join us each Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm!

• Swap up to four puzzles each week
• Puzzles must be new or like-new and come from a smoke-free environment
• Sign-in is required (look for the clipboard)

Story Time will have songs, stories, and activities to encourage a lifelong love of learning. Older and younger siblings are welcome! Enjoy free play and socialization afterwards! No registration required.

Teens, ages 11-17, are welcome to join us at our Teen Hang-out! Teen Hang-Out is Monday-Friday on School Days, 1:45-3:00.

Every Thursday in May, (excluding 5/28) at 3:00pm-4:00pm, The Library's Anime Club will meet to watch anime. The Anime will be rated from G to PG13 & TV14.

Monday, May 18th, at 4pm & Thursday, May 28th 10am; Join us for Art at the Library. Please dress for mess! This lesson is for ages 5 and up.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am - 10:00 am for Music & Me with Mrs. Hillary. Mondays are for 0-5, Wednesdays ALL AGES are welcome, and Fridays are for 0-3 year olds.

Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after Story Time from 10:30am-11:00am for socialization and playtime!

Teens, ages 11-17, are welcome to join us at our Teen Hang-out! Teen Hang-Out is Monday-Friday on School Days, 1:45-3:00.

Grades 6-12 come hang out with others and play various video and board games!

1st Friday: Art - Crayon Suncatchers

All Month we will have fun coloring sheets & a sketch book in our Early Reader section and our Juniors section.  Come color and create, leave some art for us to hang to brighten our Library and also take some home. 

The Valparaiso Library has painted rocks and hid them at all the Valparaiso city parks. If you find a rock, bring it in for a sweet treat and a prize!!

NW Florida Comfort Quilts sews, pieces, and quilts love into quilts for the military and their families in our area.

The Mystery Book Club meets once a month, except December to discuss mystery books or crime fiction, a genre that fictionalizes crimes, detection and their motives. 

Legal Services of North Florida will offer free legal help on the 1st Monday of each month.

Calling all budding chess players!

Youth Chess Club meets every Monday evening 3-4:30 PM.

It is designed to teach all the wonderful new chess players how to play or to play better.   

SIGN UP FOR Summer reading, where you can win PRIZES AND AWARDS for reading all summer Long! Our Kickoff party will be June1st from 3pm-5pm.  We will have a balloon artist, face painting, and a craft.
