Tax season has arrived and the Destin Library is teaming up again with AARP to provide free tax preparation services. You do not need to be a member of AARP to use the Tax-Aide program. Tax volunteers can prepare simple federal returns (no state returns or federal returns with rental income). Appointments are available every Thursday beginning February 3 and ending March 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. You will need to bring a copy of your 2021 tax return, a photo ID, and our Social Security card to the appointment.
