Lego Free Play: Summer Building Competition

Ages 6-17 (Younger children are welcome to attend class if accompanied by an adult and/or older sibling, however, they are not eligible to win the Lego prizes.)

Come build your best Lego creation during class to be placed in various competitions throughout the summer for a chance to win Lego Sets! Two winners will be chosen from each class.

June 13th: Build your best Lego creation during class and our guest Judge from the Crestview Garden Club will choose a winner. The winner will go home with the Lego set that night. The prizes are Lego City Farmers Market Van (60345) generously donated by the Crestview Garden Club and Lego City Park Tractor (60390).

June 27th: Build and enter your Lego creation into the Summer Competition. Public voting will begin after class and will be open until July 6th at 12 pm and winners will be announced at 2 pm. The prizes are Lego City Ice-Cream Truck (60253) and Lego City Children's Amusement Park (40529).

July 11th: Build your best Lego creation during class and our guest Judge from the Emerald Coast Zoo will choose a winner. The winner will go home with the Lego set that night. The prizes are Lego Friends Jungle Bridge Rescue (41036) and Lego City Vet Van Rescue (60382).

July 25th: Last chance to build and enter your Lego creation into the Summer Competition. Voting will begin after class and will be open until July 28th at 3 pm. The two winners will be announced at the Reader Awards Ceremony that night. The prizes are Lego Medium Creative Brick Box (10696) and Lego Chain Reactions Play Set (9780545703307).

All Lego creations will be displayed around the library.
