Marge Gross, a Certified Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader (TCEPL), will lead you through basic Qi Gong exercises and Tai Chi forms in a fun, relaxed, no judgement atmosphere. Tai Chi Easy takes any form or style of Tai Chi and modifies it with one goal: to keep the learners inspired and participating. This program is designed to improve the quality of life for people of all ages and is straightforward and highly adaptable, resulting in empowerment in self-care and self-management skills. The class will be moved indoors during inclement weather if there are no conflicting library programs.
