Teens, ages 11-17, are welcome to join us at our Teen Hang-out! Teen Hang-Out is Monday-Friday on School Days, 1:45-3:00.

Give them a head start: Storytime attendance increases reading, listening and motor skills, attention span, music and rhythm, social development and so much more.

Preschool Storytime for ages 3 to 5.

Join our Children's Librarian, Miss Sadie, for a morning of song & dance, stories, movements, music, and toys!

Do you need to practice your English with native speakers? Are you looking for a natural way to learn to speak English and practice with friends? Join us at the Crestview Library every week, and see how much you will learn and grow.

Join us each Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm!

• Swap up to four puzzles each week
• Puzzles must be new or like-new and come from a smoke-free environment
• Sign-in is required (look for the clipboard)

Story Time will have songs, stories, and activities to encourage a lifelong love of learning. Older and younger siblings are welcome! Enjoy free play and socialization afterwards! No registration required.

Crafty Corner is April 16th at 11am. We will be making a spring craft. This activity is for ages 12 and up. 

The Novel Idea Book Club meets every third Thursday of the month at 11:30 a.m. We focus on a variety of fiction titles with an occasional nonfiction choice. Everyone is welcome to join!

Every Thursday in April, at 3:00pm-4:00pm, The Library's Anime Club will meet to watch anime. The Anime will be rated from G to PG13 & TV14. There will also be an assortment of manga on hand to read. 

The Niceville Public Library is excited to introduce genre-specific book clubs AND a podcast club for 2026. We're also increasing the capacity for our quarterly Cookbook Club by adding a second group.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am - 10:00 am for Music & Me with Mrs. Hillary. Mondays are for 0-5, Wednesdays ALL AGES are welcome, and Fridays are for 0-3 year olds.

Join us on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays after Story Time from 10:30am-11:00am for socialization and playtime!

-first 15 children each class (preference given to Early Steps families but everyone is welcome)

Who doesn't love Legos?  Come prepared to be creative!  Creating with Legos allows us to bring our visions to life. Every builder will be encouraged to create their own structure.

Come meet adorable dogs on the portico and cats in the meeting room looking for a loving fur-ever home, find your purr-fect match!

Donations are welcome. Animal supplies will be accepted.

Are you interested in learning the basics of sewing but don't know where to start? Anne-Marie Wilkerson will guide you to sewing bliss!

Experience one-on-one reading with a trained therapy dog! Each child gets 20 minutes to read with the therapy dog. Registration is required.

The Niceville Library Cookbook Club will expand to two groups in 2026, with ten members in each. The groups will meet quarterly to share in a potluck of everyone's favorite dishes from that season's selected title.
