Join us each Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm!

• Swap up to four puzzles each week
• Puzzles must be new or like-new and come from a smoke-free environment
• Sign-in is required (look for the clipboard)

Story Time will have songs, stories, and activities to encourage a lifelong love of learning. Older and younger siblings are welcome! Enjoy free play and socialization afterwards! No registration required.

Give them a head start: Storytime attendance increases reading, listening and motor skills, attention span, music and rhythm, social development and so much more.

Teens, ages 11-17, are welcome to join us at our Teen Hang-out! Teen Hang-Out is Monday-Friday on School Days, 1:45-3:00.

Every Thursday in April, at 3:00pm-4:00pm, The Library's Anime Club will meet to watch anime. The Anime will be rated from G to PG13 & TV14. There will also be an assortment of manga on hand to read. 

Venture across Costa Rica’s wild and rugged landscapes, from volcanic peaks to coastal jungle to misty could forests, and discover the nation’s dazzling diversity of hummingbirds.

Join us every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:30 am - 10:00 am for Music & Me with Mrs. Hillary. Mondays are for 0-5, Wednesdays ALL AGES are welcome, and Fridays are for 0-3 year olds.

Friday April 24th, at 11am, Join us for a relaxing hour of Coloring and Coffee at the Valparaiso Library. This is an adult program, for ages 18 years and up. 

Teens, ages 11-17, are welcome to join us at our Teen Hang-out! Teen Hang-Out is Monday-Friday on School Days, 1:45-3:00.

Grades 6-12 come hang out with others and play various video and board games!

Michelle Wright and Live the Life are back with the Adventures in Marriage Conference. This is a three-day event taking place Friday, April 24 from 6-9pm, Saturday, April 25 from 9am-3:30pm (lunch will be provided) and Saturday, May 9 from 1-4pm.

  This month's movie matinee is Smurfs.   Hot buttered popcorn provided and a special blue treat!!!  Come in your pajamas if you like!   Please bring your own water container.
